Logistics Support for First Responders

Emergency Response

Deploying Full-Service Emergency Camps Under 48 Hours

When Hurricane Ida struck Louisiana in 2021, state troopers from across the region mobilized to assist the Louisiana State Police. With local infrastructure overwhelmed, these first responders needed essential support—places to sleep, shower, and wash clothes in an area with no existing capacity. Dynamic deployed within hours of receiving notice to proceed. In just 48 hours, we established a fully functional, self-contained camp to house and support up to 300 troopers.

What We Delivered

Dynamic’s team provided complete disaster support structures and services, including:

  • 3,000 square foot air-conditioned tents with Duralock flooring
  • 100-bed portable bunkhouses with integrated hygiene units
  • A 70-ton HVAC unit and three 150 kW generators
  • Self-contained hygiene and laundry trailers

Full-Service Operations

Beyond setup, Dynamic maintained 24/7 operations for the duration of the mission:

  • Diesel refueling and generator maintenance
  • Potable water delivery and wastewater disposal
  • Septic and custodial services
  • On-site supervision and logistics management

This project highlighted Dynamic’s organizational capacity to meet 72-hour emergency timelines with efficiency, precision, and continuous support.
