When Hurricane Ida struck Louisiana in 2021, state troopers from across the region mobilized to assist the Louisiana State Police. With local infrastructure overwhelmed, these first responders needed essential support—places to sleep, shower, and wash clothes in an area with no existing capacity. Dynamic deployed within hours of receiving notice to proceed. In just 48 hours, we established a fully functional, self-contained camp to house and support up to 300 troopers.
